Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Lead Architect to guide architectural decisions across the Atlas enterprise cloud platform and enable efficient adoption of public cloud offerings including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

The role focuses on designing tooling, shaping governance, and leading safe adoption of AI capabilities, with involvement across engineers, architects, product managers, and remote teams to deliver resilient cloud solutions for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise cloud architecture guidance.
• Hands-on coding in Python or Go.
• Comfort with cross-functional teams and remote collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate new cloud technologies for best-fit adoption.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Guides architectural decisions for the enterprise cloud platform and advises tenant applications on workload placement across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Collaborates with partner teams and lines of business to enhance the enterprise platform as a leading cloud platform for JP Morgan.
• Evaluates new AWS, Azure and GCP technologies and suggests governance improvements.
• Provides technical guidance to the business and its teams, vendors, and contractors as a subject matter expert in workload placement."
• Develops production-ready code and reviews code written by others to ensure quality."
• Drives decisions influencing product design, capabilities, and operations; supports enterprise AI adoption with governance.
