Job summary

JPMorganChase in London seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager and Workstream Lead for the Cloud Strategic Delivery team to enable Atlas 2.0 across AWS, Azure, GCP and private clouds, delivering a scalable platform and managed service operating model.

You will lead through influence in a matrix environment, translate strategy into delivery plans, own cadence and governance for senior stakeholders, and drive adoption readiness for internal customers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex infrastructure/platform programmes in a large enterprise, preferably financial services/regulatory environments.
• Hands-on cloud engineering background with senior programme/workstream leadership.
• Proven delivery across at least one public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) focusing on infrastructure platform capabilities.
• Strong depth in networking, IAM, and asset management with engineers.
• Experience building/scaling managed services for internal customers and ensuring operational readiness.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multi-cloud workstream delivery for Atlas 2.0 across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Translate strategy into execution with integrated delivery plans and milestones.
• Own delivery cadence, roadmap tracking, sprint/release alignment, and health metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver control-plane capabilities (networking, IAM, inventory).
• Provide hands-on programme leadership and challenge design/ sequencing for operability.
• Build and scale a managed service operating model, including onboarding/offboarding and service tiers.
• Develop day-2 readiness including runbooks, SLAs/SLOs, incident interfaces, and adoption.
• Produce governance materials and senior stakeholder updates (Head of Eng, Head of CTC).
• Run governance forums and steerco rhythms with clear progress narratives.
