  • Translate strategy into executionby building integrated delivery plans (milestones, dependencies, outcomes, adoption readiness) and driving progress through matrixed engineering and product teams.
  • Own delivery cadence and operating rhythm, including roadmap tracking, sprint/release alignment, dependency resolution, and delivery health metrics.
  • Partner closely with engineering teamsto deliver control-plane capabilities (e.g., networking, IAM, inventory/asset discovery, policy/guardrails, and platform enablement patterns) required for safe scaling.
  • Provide hands-on technical programme leadership, maintaining credibility with engineers/architects and constructively challenging design and sequencing to ensure operability, resilience, and adoption readiness.
  • Build and scale a managed service operating modelfor Atlas 2.0, including service definition, onboarding/offboarding, service tiers/expectations, operating procedures, and clear cross-team ownership.
  • Drive operational readiness (“day 2”), including support model, runbooks, SLAs/SLOs (as applicable), incident/change interfaces, and sustained adoption capabilities.

  • Run governance forums and steerco rhythms, ensuring timely decisions with clear progress narratives, evidence-backed “asks,” and actionable outcomes.
  • Operate audit-ready PMO discipline, including RAID management, dependency tracking, documentation standards, decision logs, meeting minutes, and traceability from roadmap → delivery → outcomes.

  • Strong technical depth innetworking, IAM, and inventory/asset management(or adjacent control-plane enabling capabilities), with ability to engage engineering teams at a detailed level.
  • Experience building and scaling managed services / platform engineering products for multiple internal customers, including service onboarding and operational readiness.
