Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager and Workstream Lead to guide Atlas 2.0 across AWS/Azure/GCP. You will lead delivery of a scalable platform and managed service operating model, driving migration readiness, adoption, and value realization for internal customers.

You will navigate ambiguity in a matrixed environment, lead through influence, and produce decision-quality materials for senior stakeholders, including executive updates and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex infrastructure/platform programmes in large enterprises.
• Hands-on cloud engineering background with senior leadership in delivery.
• Delivery across AWS/Azure/GCP and multi-cloud environments.
• Executive stakeholder management and governance material experience.
• PMO discipline including RAID, dependency management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multi-cloud workstream delivery for Atlas 2.0 across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Translate strategy into execution with integrated delivery plans and milestones.
• Own delivery cadence, roadmap tracking, dependencies and health metrics.
• Partner with engineering to deliver control-plane capabilities and patterns.
• Provide hands-on technical programme leadership and alignment with stakeholders.
• Scale a managed service operating model for Atlas 2.0 with clear ownership.
• Drive day-2 readiness with runbooks, SLAs/SLOs, and incident interfaces.
• Produce executive governance materials and steerco updates for senior leaders.
• Run governance forums with clear progress narratives and decisions.
• Maintain audit-ready PMO discipline and traceability from roadmap to delivery.
• Scale reporting with Jira and Monday.com and seek AI-assisted improvements.
