Marks & Spencer is seeking a seasoned technology programme lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives. You will shape governance, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies with suppliers and partners to achieve on-time, quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, clear stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to optimise delivery rhythms and business impact.

Qualifications

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology programmes and initiatives.
• Shape delivery plans from approved business requirements and establish governance, reporting and delivery rhythms.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams, suppliers and partners, managing dependencies and maintaining alignment across delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and changes with clear recommendations and timely escalation.
• Champion stakeholder communication, implementation planning, operational readiness and lessons learned.
