Marks & Spencer is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology programmes and partner integrations aligned to the international business strategy.

You'll collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering and business teams to plan effectively, govern initiatives, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes while balancing risks and priorities.

• Shape delivery plans from approved requirements and establish governance, reporting and delivery rhythms.
• Coordinate work across teams, suppliers and partners, managing dependencies and alignment.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and changes with clear recommendations and escalation.
• Champion stakeholder communication, implementation planning and continuous improvement through lessons learned.

You'll work across Product, Architecture, Engineering and business teams to ensure initiatives are planned effectively, governed well and delivered to agreed outcomes. This role brings people, plans and priorities together, helping teams manage dependencies, navigate risks and deliver successful outcomes.

Who you are

• You bring experience delivering complex technology programmes or projects within cross-functional environments.
• Comfortable working with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Business teams to deliver shared outcomes.
• Experienced in programme planning, governance, dependency management and balancing business priorities with delivery commitments.
• Able to manage suppliers, implementation partners and third-party vendors while navigating risks, issues and change effectively.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills and an understanding of technology delivery, systems integration and Agile or hybrid ways of working.
