Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a senior Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multidisciplinary initiatives across Secure Access and Hosting, aligning priorities with senior technology and business leaders.

You will shape roadmaps, manage budgets and vendor relationships, promote agile and product-led ways of working, and partner with internal teams to deliver secure, stable services that drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale technical initiatives across multiple products, functions or domains.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior leaders and external partners.
• Comfortable with agile and DevOps approaches and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multidisciplinary programmes across Secure Access and Hosting.
• Shape roadmaps, objectives and priorities that support technology strategy and provide progress visibility.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors and external organisations to remove barriers and deliver secure, stable services.
• Champion agile and product-led ways of working and mentor teams to continuous improvement.
• Manage programme budgets and commercial relationships to achieve value.
