Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a senior infrastructure programme lead to drive end-to-end delivery of network upgrades and technology changes across the distribution centre estate. You will coordinate plans, dependencies and deployments with technology, suppliers and operational teams to minimise disruption.

You'll partner with engineering, architecture and logistics to align solutions with business priorities, maintain governance, and provide clear progress updates and decisions to senior

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure programmes or transformations.
• Experience coordinating multi-site deployments in operational environments.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, logistics, or large-scale operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network upgrades and infrastructure changes across the distribution centre estate.
• Develop joined-up delivery plans coordinating technology programmes, suppliers and operational teams.
• Partner with GIST, engineering, architecture and logistics to align solutions and deployment schedules.
• Champion governance and proactive risk management with clear progress updates and key decisions.
• Coordinate suppliers, site deployments and transition activities to minimise disruption to logistics operations.
