The role focuses on data-driven reporting, risk management and ongoing delivery excellence, with opportunities to develop and mentor Programme Managers within a dynamic retail technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology programmes across multiple teams and priorities.
• Skills in governance, planning, dependency management and risk management.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and influence stakeholders with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Integration Platform programs and initiatives with agreed outcomes, timelines and quality.
• Shape portfolio plans, governance and roadmap priorities, manage risks and dependencies.
• Deliver data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, progress and investment tracking.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to enable successful delivery.
• Develop and support Technical Programme Managers and promote delivery excellence.
