Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Integration Platform initiatives that connect systems, products, suppliers and partners across the business. You’ll plan, coordinate and deliver strategic initiatives with a focus on resilience and speed.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Architecture, Product and Business stakeholders to shape the evolution of our integration capabilities and support the wider digital transformation at M&S.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology programmes across multiple teams.
• Experience in programme and portfolio management, including planning and risk management.
• Ability to create structure and clarity in evolving environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience coaching or supporting delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Integration Platform programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment to agreed outcomes, timelines, quality standards and investment objectives.
• Shape portfolio plans, governance and roadmap priorities, managing risks, dependencies and critical delivery activities across interconnected programs.
• Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, progress, risks and investment tracking to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to build alignment, resolve challenges and enable successful delivery.
• Develop and support Technical Programme Managers, championing continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the portfolio.
