You will define product strategy, drive development with R&D and engineering teams, and translate market needs into commercially viable product solutions across the lifecycle.

• Manage product development and improvement projects through R&D.

• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including development, optimisation and phase-out.
• Improve product performance, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical product and installation support.
• Produce clear technical product specifications, literature and training information.
• Work with marketing to communicate product benefits and positioning.
• Engage with customers, specifiers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Support product compliance with relevant environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver product training to colleagues and other stakeholders.
