Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer for our Midlands drainage and development infrastructure team. The role covers highway, transportation and development projects for public and private clients, with hybrid working arrangements.

You will manage the technical and financial aspects of projects, mentor junior engineers and ensure drainage design deliverables meet relevant standards. Client-facing responsibilities and collaboration across teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial, technical and project management control of civil engineering aspects on diverse highway and development infrastructure projects.
• Develop and supervise junior engineers within the team to deliver high quality designs.
• Lead drainage design work (adoptable or non-adoptable) to applicable standards and prepare technical packages.
