Job summary

ACO Technologies plc, based in the UK, seeks a Product Manager to steer the Storm Water Control (SWC) portfolio. You will own development and optimisation, aligning market needs, customer insight and commercial performance with cross-functional delivery.

You’ll partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Procurement to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive positioning, while driving training and literature updates for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in product development/improvement projects.
• Experience in product management, OEM, water management/civil engineering sectors.
• Ability to gather market intelligence and translate customer needs into viable product solutions.
• Confident working cross-functionally, aligning initiatives across departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing evolution of the SWC range to stay ahead of market expectations and standards.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to shape strategy.
• Produce clear technical product specifications for training and literature.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Procurement to align initiatives with business goals.
• Lead SWC development projects in partnership with internal R&D to meet timelines and budgets.
• Build strong customer relationships and use insights for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to product marketing with internal teams to tell the value story.
• Deliver engaging training sessions on new products across the business.
