MacStaff Limited is seeking a Product Manager – Stormwater / Drainage in the Bedford/Luton area with hybrid working. You will own an established stormwater product portfolio, defining strategy, driving development and ensuring compliant, competitive solutions for the construction, civil engineering and infrastructure sectors.

In this role you will work cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, sales and marketing to translate market needs into commercially viable products, manage lifecycle

Formación

• Experience in stormwater, drainage, SuDS, water management or civil engineering products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across R&D, engineering, sales, marketing and production.
• Ability to translate customer and market needs into viable product solutions.
• Demonstrated project management and product lifecycle skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive development and optimisation of the stormwater product range.
• Manage product development and improvement projects through R&D.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback and changing industry standards.
• Translate customer and market requirements into commercially viable product solutions.
• Manage products through their lifecycle including development, optimisation and phase-out.
• Improve product performance, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical product and installation support.
• Produce clear technical product specifications, literature and training information.
• Work with marketing to communicate product benefits and positioning.
• Engage with customers, specifiers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Support product compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver product training to colleagues and other stakeholders.
