Job summary

Connect Legal Partners seeks an experienced professional indemnity claims specialist to run a full caseload for insurers under delegated authority. You will investigate notifications, advise on resolution routes, negotiate settlements and manage suppliers, while contributing to training and knowledge sharing.

Occasional travel to London is required, and the role supports flexible working where possible within the UK.

Qualifications

• Technical claims experience and knowledge of the relevant law.
• Experience with case management systems preferred.
• Strong MS Office and KPI understanding.

Responsibilities

• Run a full caseload of professional indemnity claims for insurers under delegated authority.
• Investigate notifications and advise on best route to resolve each claim with view on costs and benefits.
• Negotiate settlements and manage suppliers to keep case records accurate.
• Contribute to training colleagues and sharing knowledge.
• Occasional travel to London is required.
