A leading gambling partner in Leeds seeks a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with legislation. You'll manage submissions, reconciliations, and international payments. The ideal candidate has strong technical payroll knowledge and experience with manual payroll. What you’ll be doing
  • Manage day-to-day processing of UK, IOM, and Jersey payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislation and company policies
  • Complete all HMRC submissions, payroll reconciliations, and adhere to legislative deadlines
  • Perform testing for payroll system upgrades and patches
  • Handle global executive currency conversions and collaborate with the GO2HR team for ECP changes
  • Process and reconcile payments, including court orders, childcare, ad hoc, Sharesave, and settlements- obtaining PM approval and coordinating with AP or Group Treasury as
  • Manage ONS survey submissions and support audit work as required
  • Upload Sharesave contribution and leaver files to the Link Portal
  • Process international payments for 888 legacy staff and the Global Executive Team, ensuring HMRC reconciliations and payments are accurate and up to date.
Who we are looking for
  • Excellent current, technical payroll knowledge
  • Experience of processing a manual payroll
  • Excellent EC and ECP systems skill and numerical skills
  • A technically aligned payroll professional who can lead by example and impart their in-depth payroll knowledge to the team
