Job summary

Ballyvesey Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive Parts Coordinator in Bridgwater, UK. You will manage parts inventory, place orders, and ensure timely availability for technicians.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication with customers and the workshop team, and good knowledge of commercial vehicle parts. You'll work in a friendly, supportive environment with training and opportunities for growth as part of a busy service operation.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience in a parts or service role.
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Clear communication skills, both with customers and team members.
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Knowledge of Commercial vehicle Parts is an advantage.
• Must be a good communicator and have great customer satisfaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Order and receive parts from suppliers.
• Organize and store parts in an orderly, accessible way.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure parts are ready when needed.
• Keep parts storage clean and well-organized.
• Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) for records, scheduling, and communication.
• Locate and source cost-effective parts for repairs without compromising quality.
• Assist with workshop scheduling and job planning.
• Keep records and systems updated accurately.
• Support the workshop team with general coordination tasks.
