Technical Paraplanner

Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 (DOE) plus discretionary quarterly bonuses

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to consultants ahead of client meetings.

  • Prepare compliant, technical suitability reports and Financial Life Plan reports.

  • Carry out annual client reviews.

  • Undertake technical research and analyse client data.

  • Accurately process investments in line with consultants recommendations.

  • Liaise with clients post-meetings to answer technical queries.

  • Identify investment and tax-saving opportunities for clients.

  • Manage and prioritise workload effectively.

  • Evaluate investment portfolios with consultants.

  • Work closely with the wider Service Team.

Candidate Profile
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Paraplanner.

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word and Excel, plus familiarity with back-office systems.

  • Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills.

  • Flexible, organised, and able to work well under pressure to deadlines.

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
