We are seeking to recruit Setter Operators (Technical Operators) for our Can-making department at our Aerosol Manufacturing site based in Sutton in Ashfield Nottinghamshire.
This is predominantly a production role where the jobholder will safely and efficiently operate high-speed, high-volume manufacturing lines and ancillary equipment to ensure demanding hourly production targets whilst meeting stringent quality standards and minimising downtime. The successful candidates will have the ability to demonstrate a basic mechanical aptitude, along with a flexible approach to work within a small team. Experience of working with high speed/volume machinery in lean manufacturing, ideally gained in a FMCG environment. Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills and a commitment to drive and implement continuous improvement are also ideal.
WORKING HOURS
These positions are on a Monday to Friday 12 hour rotating shift pattern.
