Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.

  1. General Policy
  2. Interact effectively with management and quality teams to meet testing and quality needs while providing excellent customer service.
  3. Operate molders to produce test bars and plaques.
  4. Perform all necessary testing to complete SRNs.
  5. Coordinate SRN activities to ensure timely completion for the customer.
  6. Analyze colors using spectrophotometer.
  7. Know product lines and customer specifications.
  8. Work comfortably with Windows 7 and Office 2010/2013, including MS Word and Excel.
  9. Use both English and Metric measurement systems.
  10. Apply basic algebra concepts, including proportions, percentages, and calculations.
  11. Demonstrate practical and analytical abilities while multitasking.
  12. Maintain and improve laboratory cleanliness and organization.
  13. Perform laboratory equipment preventive maintenance and verification.
  14. Train, coach, assist, and verify manufacturing personnel in proper in-process product inspections.
  15. Follow all Quality, Safety, & Environmental Procedures.
  16. Update the RMA Code of Conduct standards.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Process & Product System Leader.
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Certifications
  1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Good verbal and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; excellent time management; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to operate a forklift.
