Working within our forward-thinking Water Treatment department, it’s a great opportunity to be part of a large operational team, striving for goal zero from a safety perspective, and continuously improving site standards. In your role, you will have the opportunity to embrace curiosity and learn new skills outside of your ‘day job’.
We are encouraged to find new ways of working, supporting us and our colleagues in fixing things for customers before they go wrong. You will be willing to learn new things and embrace the challenges you may face along the way.
Any additional technical training required will also be covered, and the working hours are great too (Monday - Thursday 7.30am-3.30pm and Friday 7.30am-3pm).
Some of your other key responsibilities will include:
Having experience working in a mechanical / electrical environment would be advantageous, and experience with chemical processes would be beneficial. A full valid UK driving licence is required for the role. The successful candidate will be required to achieve the Level 2 – Water Process Operator qualification as part of their continuous development, delivered by our Academy.
