Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) in Rugby is seeking a Technical Operator to support daily production tasks on a 4-on 4-off rotating shift pattern. Shifts run from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (day) and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (night).

The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency, with responsibilities including machine checks, stock control in SAP, and teamwork. The position is temp with weekly pay at £14.99 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Able to work independently and make decisions when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work across different production areas.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily production tasks safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality, food safety, and health & safety standards
• Perform basic machine checks and routine maintenance
• Complete quality checks and paperwork accurately
• Support stock and material control within your work area
• Help with product changeovers and operate FLT equipment when required
• Use systems such as SAP to manage stock and production information
• Support and train team members where needed
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes and equipment
