Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a Production Operative on the can lines in Rugby. The role is temporary with potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 19:00-07:00, with a pay rate of £14.99 per hour.

You will help ensure production runs safely, efficiently and to quality standards. Responsibilities include operating can line machinery, performing quality checks, maintaining health and safety procedures, recording production data on PC systems, and

Production Operative - Can Line

Location: Rugby CV21 1HA
Pay Rate: £14.99
Shifts: 4 on 4 off rotational, 19:00-07:00

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to work on the can lines within a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring can line production machinery
• Carrying out quality checks with a high level of accuracy
• Maintaining production standards and health & safety procedures
• Recording and updating production information using PC systems
• Working effectively as part of a shift team

Candidate Requirements
