Job summary

The Technical Operator position in Rugby, CV21 1HA, involves supporting daily production tasks while upholding strict quality, food safety, and health and safety protocols. Working a 4-on, 4-off rotating schedule, you will alternate between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm days and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am nights. Duties include basic machine inspections, routine upkeep, precise quality documentation, and assisting with stock and material control. This temporary contract pays up to £14.99 hourly. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, a strong safety focus, and the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently. Previous manufacturing or food processing experience is advantageous, though full training is provided for the right applicant.

Shift hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for day shifts and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am for night shifts.

Education / Qualifications
