The British Horse Society is seeking a Technical Operations Lead working 35 hours per week, primarily at the head office near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, with some remote flexibility. The role will manage 2nd line IT, drive operational projects, and coordinate major incidents while improving ITIL-aligned processes.
You will lead technical delivery, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure robust infrastructure and cybersecurity across our environments.

Location: This role is predominantly based at our head office near Stoneleigh,Warwickshire, with some flexibility to work remotely.
Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week - with an early finish on a Friday! There may be a limited requirement for infrequent out-of-hours working to support projects and/or major service incidents.
