WEBRECRUIT is seeking an IT Operations Analyst for a permanent, full‑time role in London. You will work at least four days in the office and provide out-of-hours support when required, helping ensure reliable IT services and operations across the organisation.
As the IT Operations Analyst you will monitor systems, maintain operational records, support user access and compliance, and assist with key business applications.

As an IT Operations Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our client’s IT services. From monitoring systems and maintaining operational records to supporting user access, compliance activities and business applications, you'll help ensure their technology services run smoothly and effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in IT operations while making a solid contribution to the performance and resilience of the Institution's IT services.
Experience in a membership, charity or regulated environment would be advantageous.
