Bromley Healthcare is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Infrastructure and Client Computing Manager to lead the delivery, security & continual improvement of our core digital services. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader with expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, cyber security and modern digital technologies, including the safe adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

To be considered for this role applicants will need:
Need at least five years’ relevant experience managing IT infrastructure and client computing services in a large, multi-site organisation, or an IT-related degree or equivalent industry qualification.
Demonstrable experience designing, managing and troubleshooting enterprise networks, including LAN, WAN, wireless, routing, switching, firewalls and network security.
Significant experience managing Microsoft-based infrastructure and end-user computing services, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot or equivalent technologies.
Demonstrable experience implementing or overseeing cyber security controls, including Cyber Essentials Plus or equivalent, secure configuration, patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection and access control.
Experience leading technical staff and managing operational IT services, including major incidents, service performance, suppliers and continuous improvement.

Salary is determined by NHS experience and current banding/pay point. External applicants will begin at the entry point of the salary scale in line with NHS terms and conditions.
