British Horse Society seeks a Technical Operations Lead to own 2nd line IT support, oversee infrastructure delivery and drive service improvements from our Warwickshire head office with some remote days.
The role leads major incidents, coordinates supplier partnerships and enforces ITIL-aligned processes while enabling a flexible, inclusive workplace for our teams.

Salary: £34,000.00 - £37,000.00 per annum

Location: This role is predominantly based at our head office near Stoneleigh,Warwickshire, with some flexibility to work remotely.
Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week — with an early finish on a Friday! There may be a limited requirement for infrequent out-of-hours working to support projects and/or major service incidents.
