Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd. is seeking a Technical Onboarding Engineer to lead the onboarding of customers into GreensafeIT Windows imaging and build services. You will gather requirements, coordinate secure VPN/server access, and provision onboarding environments using virtual servers.

You will work hands-on with customers, third parties, and engineers to ensure smooth setup, documentation, and handover to BAU delivery teams. A strong focus on security, networking, and imaging processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating and configuring virtual server environments using VMware, Hyper‑V, Azure or AWS.
• Windows Server administration: install, patch, user access, permissions, core services.
• Solid networking fundamentals: IP addressing, subnets, DNS, VPN, routing, ports, certificates.
• Experience with imaging/build processes and tools (MDT, SCCM, Autopilot, Intune).
• Knowledge of security best practices (least privilege, MFA, audits).
• Experience with ITSM platforms for incidents, changes, documentation.
• PowerShell scripting: basic knowledge and interest in automation.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end technical onboarding of customers into GreensafeIT Windows imaging and build services.
• Gather, document, and validate technical requirements for onboarding environments.
• Coordinate secure connectivity (VPN/server access) between customers and GreensafeIT.
• Provision and configure onboarding environments with virtual servers for service delivery.
• Perform basic networking tasks to enable secure communication between customer servers and GreensafeIT.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding activities meet standards.
• Assist transitioning customers to BAU delivery teams after onboarding.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex decisions as needed.
