Job summary

The role requires DV clearance or eligibility, extensive Windows Server experience, and robust troubleshooting abilities to independently resolve complex issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• DV clearance or eligibility to undertake DV is required.
• Experience in third-line support for managed services.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer solutions and workarounds to incidents and problems.
• Work to SLAs and deadlines and review service delivery.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Collaborate with wider teams and customers for requirements.
• Design, deploy and maintain Windows-based technologies.
• Provide remote on-call support outside normal hours.
