Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows 11 endpoints and server images.
• Strong AD and GPO knowledge for secure user environments.
• Proficient in patching lifecycle and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Windows 11 and Android image design and deployment profiles.
• Provide 3rd-line escalation for complex Windows issues.
• Standardise Windows Server/client builds across environments.
• Manage AD and GPO remotely and audit configurations.
• Execute end-to-end security patching for endpoints and servers.
• Document runbooks and architecture in Confluence; track in JIRA.
