Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Technical Onboarding Engineer in Kidderminster to deliver structured onboarding for GreensafeIT Windows imaging and build services. You will gather requirements, enable secure connectivity, and provision onboarding environments using virtual servers, while collaborating with customers and engineers.

You will produce onboarding documentation, support BAU handover, and escalate complex security or architecture decisions to senior engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating and configuring virtual server environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Solid networking fundamentals including VPN connectivity and DNS.
• Experience with imaging/build tools such as MDT, SCCM, Autopilot or Intune.
• Ability to document onboarding setups clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end technical onboarding of customers for GreensafeIT Windows imaging and build services.
• Gather, document, and validate technical requirements for onboarding environments.
• Coordinate secure connectivity between customer environments and GreensafeIT (VPN, server access).
• Provision and configure onboarding environments with virtual servers.
• Perform basic networking tasks to enable secure communication between customer servers and GreensafeIT.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation with configuration details and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding is efficient and compliant.
• Handover newly onboarded customers to BAU delivery teams after onboarding.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex security or architecture decisions.
