Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an organized individual to support CBU Operations Managers in delivering a comprehensive service to clients. You will participate in PPM & Reactive tasks and provide first‑line support to the Line Manager, liaising with clients and engineer pool.

The role includes handling holiday/sickness cover, producing reports, developing quotations for extra works, and coordinating planned and reactive tasks. On‑call and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• To provide assistance to CBU engineers where required.
• To arrange & provide holiday and sickness cover for the CBU team as required.
• Produce reports as required by their line Manager.
• Assist with the updating and reporting of the monthly paymech.
• Assist the CBU commercial team with development of detailed quotations for additional works.
• To ensure there are no gaps with regards to statutory maintenance tasks for all CBU contracts.
• Where required, participate in the on call and unsocial work requirements to support the ongoing delivery of the contract.
• To have an awareness of asset management and assist with the mobilisation of new contracts.
• Arrange workloads of engineers and ensure completion of both planned and reactive tasks in a timely manner.
• Development and mentoring of apprentices.
• Is willing to work overtime to support the needs of the business.
