Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Building Facilities Supervisor to lead a multi‑disciplinary maintenance team on site. You will supervise, plan and deliver a mix of PPM and reactive work, while staying hands‑on with the tools.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus and the ability to coordinate engineers, contractors and stakeholders to complete tasks safely and on time. On‑call rota applies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a facilities/maintenance team.
• Strong hands‑on maintenance ability and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi‑disciplinary facilities team to deliver tasks.
• Plan, manage and deliver the site's PPM programme within timescales.
• Coordinate reactive maintenance, contain faults and progress to completion.
• Provide technical guidance while diagnosing faults and repairs.
• Monitor progress and ensure accurate documentation and updates.
• Identify additional works and support quotations and components.
• Coordinate with specialist contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Support material ordering and stock control; liaise with stakeholders.
• Promote health and safety culture and ensure risk assessments are followed.
