Job summary

AVP is seeking a customer-facing technical professional who will be the go-to expert on integrations. You will read API documentation, perform test calls, and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders on calls with Sales, onboarding, and Customer Success teams.

You will own the integrations experience end-to-end—from pre-sales questions to live go-lives—working closely with Product and Tech to shape future developments and to build a knowledge base for each live integration.

• Be the technical voice on sales and onboarding calls.
• Be the first stop for integration questions from customers and partners.
• Own how our integrations are set up, supported and enabled; work with Product and Tech on improvements.
