Job summary
Zinc London is seeking a customer-facing technical specialist to own and explain our integrations. You will be the technical voice on onboarding calls, define how integrations are set up, supported and enabled, and work closely with Product and Tech to build new integrations and bring partners on board.
You will read API docs, perform test calls with Postman, and translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in integrations or a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience with HRIS integrations such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or HiBob.
- Ability to read API documentation and explain technical details to non-technical people.
- Familiarity with CRM and support tools (e.g., HubSpot) and UK GDPR awareness.
Responsibilities
- Join pre-sales, sales and account management calls to answer live integration questions.
- Explain integration capabilities and data flows, triggers and data write-backs.
- Set up and enablement: credentials, field mapping and sandbox testing.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base for live integrations and write user guides.
- Work with Tech on new integrations, testing from a customer perspective, and go-live preparation.
