Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Technical Services Implementation Consultant to onboard customers onto the IDV platform. You will manage end-to-end networking integrations and provide guidance for API/SDK based integrations, coordinating with security and infrastructure teams.

You will act as a delivery lead across projects, ensuring scope, timelines and risks are clearly communicated while collaborating with Engineering, Support, Security and Professional Services teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts including IP, subnets and firewalls.
• Experience delivering networking or connectivity projects in a delivery or professional services context.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage networking-led integration projects during onboarding.
• Coordinate secure connectivity requirements and VPN setup with customer teams.
• Lead VPN delivery from planning to go-live readiness, without hands-on config.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and risks across projects.
• Support application-level integrations using APIs/SDKs with guidance and oversight.
• Serve as customer-facing delivery lead and ensure clear communication.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, Security and Professional Services.
