Zinc Work Ltd is seeking a customer-facing technical specialist to own integrations across the customer journey, from pre-sales questions to go-live. You will read API docs, perform test calls, and clearly explain findings to non-technical colleagues.

This role partners with Product and Tech to build, enable, and support new integrations with partners. You will manage setup, sandbox testing, triage, and knowledge-base development, while ensuring accurate data flows and timely responses across

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in integrations, solutions engineering, implementation or similar technical role.
• Hands-on HRIS/ATS integrations experience (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or HiBob ideal).
• Working understanding of REST APIs: endpoints, methods, JSON, auth, status codes and webhooks.
• Comfort using Postman to test calls and read responses.
• Ability to explain technical detail to non-technical people on calls and in writing.
• Discipline in documenting work and managing a busy shared inbox and Slack channels.
• Confidence collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product and Tech.

Responsibilities

• Join pre-sales/sales/account management calls to answer integration questions live.
• Explain integration capabilities, data flows, directions, triggers and data written back.
• Flag misalignments early to avoid overpromising at go-live.
• Assist with set-up: credentials, field mappings, permissions and sandbox testing.
• Provide customer success with integration capabilities and queries as they arise.
• Train teams on new integrations so they can answer routine questions.
