Job summary

AVP is seeking a customer-facing technical professional who will be the go-to expert on integrations. You will read API documentation, perform test calls, and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders on calls with Sales, onboarding, and Customer Success teams.

You will own the integrations experience end-to-end—from pre-sales questions to live go-lives—working closely with Product and Tech to shape future developments and to build a knowledge base for each live integration.

Job description

Our customers already live in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob and a long tail of other HR and applicant tracking systems. They want their checks triggered from there and the results written straight back. Someone has to know exactly how that works, and say so clearly on a call.

That is you. You will be the technical voice on sales and onboarding calls, the first stop for anyone at Zinc with an integration question, and the owner of how our integrations are set up, supported and enabled. You will work closely with Product and Tech as we build new integrations and bring new partners on board.

This is a customer-facing technical role. You will not write production code, but you will read API docs, make a test call and explain what you found to someone who is not technical. If that sounds like a good day, read on.
