Job summary

Klipboard is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the successful implementation of the Rental product suite for customers through a mix of on-site and remote delivery. You will manage projects autonomously, guide customers through change, deliver training, and apply consultancy and technical knowledge to ensure outcomes.

This is a hybrid role suited to someone who enjoys direct customer work and solving delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting software implementation projects, with strong organisational skills, clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Full driving licence required, as the role may involve travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are implemented within agreed timelines, escalating risks or delays promptly where required.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size simultaneously.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle for the Rental product suite.
• Training customers both on-site and remote as determined by the project scope.
• Prepare and conduct project kick‑off meetings.
• Monitor, track and report delivery activity and project status.
• Manage/document/escalate delivery risks and issues to your line manager.
• Utilise correct tools and processes to ensure project success.
