Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Technical Impact Assessor to support the Change & Release Management function by assessing the impact of high-impact and complex changes, delivering clarity for customers and stakeholders in a demanding environment.

You will identify improvement opportunities, collaborate with managers and teams, and help deliver prioritized changes while championing governance and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Understand principles of change management.
• Proven ability to understand network topology diagrams.
• Experience of and exposure to change management environments and teams across a complex infrastructure with expansive service levels.
• IT/Telecommunications experience and transmission network experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience working in a Service Management environment.
• Exposure or experience within other Service Management Practices or operational environments (e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management).
• Experience of Remedy ITSM Toolset.

Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of high-impact and complex changes to provide enhanced understanding for customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with managers, stakeholders and specialists to prioritise and deliver improvements.
• Lead by example as a process facilitator and governance advocate within Change & Release Management.
