In this role you will work with set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager, building trusted-adviser relationships, and providing input, guidance and steering them to make the right long-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.

Knowledge and Experience

Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in different environments.

Have experience in client-facing roles

You should be able to deliver tasks to meet deadlines

Always deliver your work in line with best practice

You should be up to date with the latest Microsoft Technologies with knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud being essential

Intermediate-Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365/Office 365, Hyper-V and other virtualisation platforms.

Experience of setting up and supporting on premise server hardware and software, including Exchange, firewalls, antivirus, backup expertise and networking skills.
