About the Role:

As aTechnical Engineer, you'll be working directly with clients, troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT systems, and delivering technical solutions that keep businesses running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting IT infrastructure, resolving escalated support tickets, and working on exciting projects to improve and upgrade IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting for a variety of technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Assist with cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Work on IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and security improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' IT setups and recommend practical solutions.
• Document technical solutions and best practices to support ongoing maintenance and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 year of experience in IT support, with exposure to project-based work.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic understanding of Azure.
• Experience working with servers, networking, firewalls, and security solutions.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a strong customer service approach.
• Willingness to develop your technical skills, including pursuing relevant certifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
