What would you do as a Technical Engineer?

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the primary objectives of this position are to:

1. Provide on-site and telephone technical support for all internal and external customers on Mila products.
2. Satisfy customer technical enquiries and resolve practical issues on site proactively.
3. Collaborate with the Technical / PD and Test Centre teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive library of technical services.
4. Help develop technical guides and instructions to support Mila's range of products.
5. Provide efficient technical support and advice on all aspects of door and window testing.
6. Support Mila Sales managers with the introduction of new products to customers.
