Halma plc is seeking an organised documentation administrator to support a major transformation project in our Barnsley site. You will migrate product manuals from MS Word into Adobe FrameMaker, applying templates and style guidelines to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
The role focuses on high attention to detail, clear communication, and timely delivery while learning FrameMaker and related publishing tools.

We’re embarking on a major transformation of our technical documentation, migrating a large library of product manuals from Microsoft Word into Adobe FrameMaker. This is a key project that will improve document quality, consistency, regulatory alignment, and long‑term efficiency. To support this transition, we’re looking for an organised and detail‑focused individual who takes pride in accuracy and clear communication. You’ll play a direct role in ensuring our user documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to a smoother, smarter workflow for years to come.
This position will be based at our Barnsley site and is expected to last 6 months. Although this is advertised as a full time position, part time working will be considered for the right candidate.
