Job summary

Advanced in Barnsley is seeking a Technical Documentation Assistant for a fixed-term six‑month contract. You will transfer Word manuals into Adobe FrameMaker using existing templates and workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Training is provided, and you will work with the authoring team to support a smooth transition. The role requires excellent MS Word/Excel skills, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in administration, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail with focus on technical accuracy.
• Ability to learn new software tools quickly (FrameMaker).
• Well organised, self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
