Qualifications

• Relevant degree and Chartered status with a recognised professional body.
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience in highways/streets.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership across highways projects and ensure quality outputs.
• Manage local and wider teams, including recruitment and mentoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams across geographies and business lines.
• Support office leads and deputise as required.
