Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Technical/Regional Director for our Highways & Complete Streets team based in London or St Albans. You will lead client relationships, drive work-winning strategies, and provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary projects.

The role involves managing teams, coordinating with internal geographies, mentoring staff, and supporting senior management. A flexible hybrid working model is available with office presence 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree and Chartered status with a recognised professional institution or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships in a transportation/highways environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management and work winning for London and SE accounts.
• Provide technical leadership across Highways and Complete Streets projects and ensure quality deliverables.
