AECOM is seeking a Technical/Regional Director to lead and grow our Highways & Complete Streets team in London and the Southeast, with oversight from St Albans or Aldgate. The role focuses on client relationships, bid leadership, and delivering multi-disciplinary transportation projects.

You will manage teams, drive business development, and shape work winning while collaborating across geographies, fostering innovation and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualificações

• A relevant degree and Chartered status with a recognised professional institution or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven leadership and delivery experience in highways/transport projects.
• Experience in client management, bid work and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships in London and the SE, identifying commercial opportunities.
• Direct project delivery across Highways & Complete Streets schemes, ensuring quality and standards.
• Oversee resourcing, recruitment and mentoring within local and wider teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams across geographies and business lines to maximise outcomes.
