Job summary
Arcus FM is seeking a Technical Director to own engineering and technical service delivery across a major UK financial services account. This high‑profile leadership role covers data centres, head offices and nationwide retail estates, with responsibility for safety, compliance and operational excellence in mission‑critical environments.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
- Strong background in critical environments (banking/data centres).
- Experience as a Principal Engineer / Duty Holder.
- Expertise in HV/LV systems, electrical distribution, and switching.
- Leadership of AP/AE frameworks and electrical safety governance.
- Experience with 11KV live systems and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior technical authority and duty holder.
- Lead engineering delivery across data centres, head offices, and retail sites.
- Ensure operational resilience, service continuity, and compliance.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the estate.
